中国首台正式出货 曼恩斯特迈入量产交付轨道

GW级狭缝涂布平板系统 在涂布幅宽方面,曼恩斯特的GW级狭缝涂布平板系统已成功实现目前国内涂布设备企业的最大涂宽——2.4m,组件尺寸能达到2.88㎡。 模头的机械精度与材料的选型、零部件的精密加工直接相关。在涂布均一性方面,曼恩斯特通过掌握大尺寸低粘度模头的先进加工技术,并结合高精密的涂布工艺控制系统与机械结构设计,确保了涂层所能达到的高均一性标准,此款GW级狭缝涂布平板系统涂布节拍快,除边小,纳米级的大面积涂层厚度可控性强,膜厚均匀性≤5%,将助力客户电池(组件)转化效率大幅提升。
由于钙钛矿的晶体结构特性,随着制备面积的增大,如果不能对其进行完全干燥,将会产生结晶而导致表面出现缝隙或气泡,从而影响电池的稳定性。曼恩斯特自主研发的真空干燥预结晶系统,采用高密闭性真空腔体,具备快速抽气能力,掌握多段式压力下降控制逻辑,支持极限底压和压力保持功能,更加适合钙钛矿辅助结晶的需求。

Following extensive preparation, calibration, and repeated trial productions, China's first GW-level (2.4-meter coating width) slot-die coating flat-panel system has been successfully shipped for the first time.
